Interviewed by a panel of interviewers. Applied for a post-bar fellowship position and then again for an ADA when I passed Bar. Standard interview questions. Seemed to be more interested in my personality, how I worked amongst a team, and if I can handle a heavy workload. Asked me to prepare a closing argument for end of my interview. I received a conditional offer but chose to go another way.

Applied online. It was 1-2 months before I heard anything back. The interview was scheduled and we spent just under an hour on Zoom discussing the job and my qualifications. There were 9+ people entering and leaving the Zoom conference and on their phones, but I always had the attention of the main 2 people doing the interview. It was another 2 months before I heard back from the Zoom interview. From there, it was another month before I was given an offer. 4-5 month process. But everyone was kind.
