Pretty simple process, I basically applied online but due to the fact that someone I knew recommended me the process went faster. Got called in for a standard interview and then they gave me a cotton swab drug test. After about a week I got a call saying I got the job.

Fast and straight to the point. Interview was maybe 15 minutes. Great experience would do again. Very professional and focuses on my answers and why I felt certain ways. Very through
It's not very difficult. They were already impressed with my volunteer and club participation (High School), despite not having any previous work experience. The questions that they ask are not very difficult, mainly education, work experiences, job description (with salary).
