Entrevista
i have worked for harrods before so i know the role well and what to expect, everything was going well in my opinion i was answering questions in full detail i explained that i was a fashion student at lcf and i have a passion for this industry and he was really happy with my responses. we were having a super engaging conversation he kept telling me how impressed he was with my answers and industry knowledge. at the end he said he would call me within two days to find out if i was successful three days later i got a call from head office saying the person i interviewed with felt i was not passionate enough which is such a lie! i think once we did the video interview and they saw that i was black they just didn't want me.

describe a difficulty at work and how you overcame it why do you want to work for harrods
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 6 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Harrods (Londres, Inglaterra) em mar. de 2022
Entrevista
I applied online and was invited to an interview over Microsoft Teams with a Retail Manager. The interview took around 45 minutes. After that it was around 2/3 weeks of chasing the recruiter I was in touch with throughout the process. They let me know that I had passed the interview, but that a second interview with the brand would need to take place. After completing this I was told I was successful.

Why Harrods?
Name a time where...(teamwork, leadership, overcoming a challenge, taking on criticism, changing something that wasn't working)
What about your current role would make you a good fit for this role?
How do you deal with customers? Particularly difficult customers?
(I was told beforehand by the recruiter to study the Harrods Values, so I had a list of notes which matched by experience and skills to these values - I would highly recommend doing this!)
