My interview process began with a brief self-introduction and overview of my current responsibilities. The interviewer focused on my technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and hands-on experience in handling equipment and operational issues. I was asked to explain past projects, how I manage breakdowns, and how I ensure efficiency and safety at the workplace. There were also behavioral questions to evaluate my communication skills, teamwork, leadership potential, and ability to work under pressure. The session ended with a discussion about expectations, career growth, and availability.

The interview process is good. The flow towards the interview process is rather moderate. Nothing to compaint. Will see the outcome after a year when I already becoming a senior in there.
