I was initially hired in 1998 as a long-term music substitute teacher by school personnel who knew of my stellar music performances and exceptional teaching abilities and ability to recognize talent and the gift to teach both young and old students. They had seen my work and knew that I would deliver: help present new material to student and leave student feeling confident in the knowledge and transformed to use it based on their own derived skill base.

Upon hearing that I was leaving the agency that I had served for so many years, the question was are you now willing to transfer all of you energy and skill to our children as you have in the past and my answer was yes I will with the same conviction, because I could see ability of some form in all students.
