The talent manager gave a great initial screening which was helpful to get a feel of the company. This was followed by an easy going and friendly first interview with the director which was more like a chat. Good experience from start to finish, especially as there was a specific hiring person dealing with communications.
Interview process was quite positive. I was given a thorough description of the work life and what my tasks would be like, and described to me the high quality service that the job required.
