While they did fly me out to their Headquarters for the interview and gave me a very thorough facility tour, the whole process felt very disingenuous. They employed a very sneaky interview strategy of pairing me up with the person vacating the position for my tour and lunch, and then followed by a large group "board" interview with 6 senior company personnel.
