I received a call as a prescreening and then was scheduled for an in person interview in their Chicago HQ. I was honestly Kind of confused because the recruiter asked very few questions and then flipped the tables by having me ask her questions I only had like 3-4 since they had been answered during the pre-screening and overall the interview was just awkward. Seemed to me like they already had someone lined up for the role but wanted to waste my time....
