They sent me an email, then called me and offered me a job. Email addresses were different in email. Email was from a man but the person who called me was different. A lady not a man. The invitation comes from a blind automatic email sending machine, not through a person by reviewing your resume.
Instead of answering to their questions, I asked them the following questions.

Entrevista
Was emailed by an internal person who said that the VP asked her to reach out to me. The interview only took an hour of which 30 minutes was me asking her questions. Found it funny she offered me the job even before I had a chance to ask her questions. Said it was only the second time in 3 years she offered someone a job that quickly. I accepted and agreed to do the training.

Entrevista
I was sent an email about the position and responded to it. Someone called me to set up a phone interview and called me at the exact time they said they would. The phone interview took about 20 minutes and they did offer me the position. I signed on as an agent that same day.
