It was quite a lengthy process: I had four interviews (including a phone interview with HR), and met with different parts of the team each time. I was also given a copyediting assignment, and was asked to submit a design portfolio. I met with the woman who is now my boss, her supervisor, and two members of the communication team who are now my colleagues.
