Rude, smug, no respect. selfish big headed individuals with no cope on or regard for anyone else but themselves. Money was bad and not worth the amount of hours i put in.

Sent proposed course, evaluations from prior courses from other universities, met with the Dean. the entire process was easy and professional. After scheduling the appointment, we met in her office and had a productive and enjoyable conversation. I think that the most important part of the process was to send the course proposal and attach syllabi and student evaluations from prior courses that I taught, and offer several references. The dean reviewed the material prior to meeting and used the material as a starting point for the interview.
