Face to face interview with faculty members.
Got onsite opportunity.
On the day of interview, talk with each faculty member, then present research works to large audiences, lunch with other postdocs and dinner with professors.

The position was for post doctoral fellowship with external funding, The PI was professional during the interview but completely disengaged and dismissive. Rather confused why they even bothered to interview candidates they are not interested in.

Entrevista
The interview place in a room with several senior fellows who asked about my current and future research and plans. Nice conversation and reasonable questions. I enjoyed the interview experience .
Interview was one day of meetings, plus job talk. 30 minute long meetings, 45 minutes job talk. I had to provide title and graphics to promote the talk the week before.
