I interviewed here for the HR Operations Director. I found the process a bit frustrating due to lack of communication.
The questions were average and the conversation flowed well. The 1st interview was about 45 minutes and then we walked about a second interview.
The process was that a recruiter reached out and booked a phone interview. We met over video for about 45 minutes. I learned about the position and they found out more about my background.

Entrevista
The interview process was fast and furious. No specific guide was followed and more of a conversation, which was refreshing. However, there was no communication from the company to notify me one way or another if they were moving forward with my application after the fourth interview. It was disappointing after having four interviews in one week.

Entrevista
Unorganized and all over the place. It started with an initial phone screening, followed by five other interviews with different people on the team. One of the longest interview "processes" I've ever encountered. There was not real interview structure. I was eventually asked to do a presentation of relevant work and the CEO was looking down, typing and not paying attention the entire time. I received another job offer before we had a six booked interview, but would have never accepted a job here if something was offered due to the chaotic nature of this process.

I was told they were looking for someone who led a large, global brand like Spotify on one of the calls, which made me think they have unrealistic asks for a start-up in Calgary.
