      The interview process was conducted very quickly, and it felt somewhat rushed. As a result, I believe the interviewer did not have sufficient time or opportunity to explore my competencies and skills in depth, making it difficult to form a comprehensive and fair assessment. Additionally, the interviewer conditions were not optimal. There were noticeable issues such as poor signal quality and background noise from the office environment, which made it difficult for me to clearly hear the interviewer and understand the questions being asked. These technical and environmental factors further impacted the effectiveness of the interview. A more structured approach, along with better interview conditions, would have allowed for a more productive and accurate evaluation on both sides.

      The interview began with a brief self-introduction, where I shared my background and current professional experience. I also asked my day-to-day responsibilities at my current company. Interviewer also asked a few questions related to the technical aspects of the role.

      Everything went smoothly until I was invited for the user interview after completing the take-home test. During the interview, I was asked whether I had prior experience working on their expected type of project. I explained that I had not, but based on the take-home task, I understood that they were looking for someone with direct experience in that area. After my response, the call ended, and I never received any further feedback. They did not mention the take-home test I completed, which left me wondering whether it was ever reviewed. My suggestion is: if a role requires very specific prior experience, it would be better to clarify this during the HR screening or at the first stage of the interview process. This way, candidates won’t spend significant time completing take-home tests and preparing documentation that may not even be evaluated.
