Entrevista
Application: I received a call from recruiter (he found my profile from job portal's websites)for the ReactJs developer positioned. The process took one day for one round and did not get a call after that whether I got rejected or for the next round.
Interview:
I went to the company's location, one person came to take my interview and I immediately got to know that he does not even know about it and came without preparation. He does not introduce himself which is generally happen. At that time only he asked me about my resume (fortunately I carried one photocopy, so I gave him) and then he started reading my resume on the spot.
Since he was going through my resume on spot, he first he asked to introduce myself and about my project and work experience.
Before scheduling the interview it was discussed specifically about the job profile and it is React JS.
But the interviewer started asking the question about the Angular 2+ version. Question about Build file in angular.
No Question about JS/advance JS / html/css / React JS/ DS .
After some min. When I told him that my preference is React Js then he asked one super question ie. Diff. b/w React and Angular and he wasted around 20-25 min of time just on this question. He was clearly doing show-off that he knows everything.
I mean common man seriously that is your only interview Question.
After 20 -25 min I really pissed -off and wanted to leave the room. I decided that I am not gonna join this company. He is clearly a Angular Developer and has no clue about React JS. I think all he wanted to listen that Angular is great framework over React.
Few mins before wrapping this round he gave one JS array question, and i dont know what is exactly asking whether he want me to write a code or come up with some mathematical formula (which is impossible). I asked him 3 times what is your question ?
He expected a coding round already happened. which has not happened. which clearly shows some random guy came to take an interview who does not even aware of interview process.
After the round, one person came and told me that they will call me for next round in some other days. Since then I did not receive any mail/call which is completely unprofessional.
Suggestion : Do not waste candidate time if you do not have proper person for an interview. and do not ask any random developer to take interview.
