Screening call with recruiter was pleasant but mostly consisted of her letting me know what the position was like and did not include any questions about my background, but only asked if I had questions about the role. The interview with the hiring manager was very informative and consisted of standard questions and also some more personality-fit questions.

Spoke with recruiter and then hiring manager. There would have been at least three additional interviews and then a "sample project" that I would have had several days to complete.
