Two stages: First, undergo one interview session with marketing manager. Questions were more towards behavioural-based. And if it's a pass, it's followed by an interview session with the agency leads (two persons), both are conducted online.

The interview process started with the question, "tell me about yourself", then it goes from there with the interviewer probing me to try understanding me in-dept from my sharing on experience and academic achievement. The interviewer asks more questions related to behaviour competency from my introduction.
