I cleared the interview and exam for a Junior Data Analyst role. On my first day, I was given 20 complex Excel sheets to solve. I managed most but needed clarity on a few. With no guidance or supportive environment, management decided to let me go the same day because apprantely they did not wanted to guide anything and wanted a experienced rookie where on the first place they already knew i was fresher seeking for internship
