Three interviews and one phone call. One interview with 1-1 while the second interview was with 3 people. At no time did I feel pressured or patronised as you can in many interviews. The guys were relaxed, warm and friendly. I was greeted as an old friend and it was explained to me that the perfect job is one that is right for me and so I was free to interview them while they got to know me.
