I applied for the Senior Test Engineer role through their careers site. After the initial screening, I was invited to complete an online assessment. I was shortlisted for 1st stage interview. It went well, or I thought so. After 10 days, I received positive feedback about my skills, but the team saw me lacking in strategic leadership. The feedback was constructive and fair. It was also mentioned in the feedback email that they will consider me for future roles. I thought that was very normal for them to say. After 27 days of this feedback, I received a call from HR asking me if I was available for a Test Automation Engineer position. I was happy that they got back to me. I agreed, and I was scheduled for an interview with their Head of Agile Delivery. The interview went well. I am waiting for their update after this round, which happened only last week. Fingers crossed, I will be selected. I'll likely have another round with the Head of Agile Delivery's boss. The questions are very relevant to my experience, skills, and competencies. The process is very organised, and the interviewers are very talented. I had a very good experience with this process. (I wanted to update that I made it through the interview with the Head of Agile delivery. I am selected for the final round with the Director of Technology Engineering. The interview is scheduled in 2 weeks time. I'll update after that interview.)
