While I have never worked in a supervisory role before, I have lead before in many group work during my time at the University of the West Indies. I am great at delegating tasks and assigning the right task to the right skill set. I first learn more about each individual and then I assign each duty. Additionally, I review each piece of work and ensure it is done properly and deadlines of assignments are met.
