The interview process was seamless and engaging. The recruiter, Brisa shared information on BairesDev and try to understand what role or area of the organization I am interested in. My accounting skills were of focus and what I do at my current job was discussed. This helped to uncover how I can be aligned with the company. Also, apart of the interview process was understanding if I have ever worked in a remote environment, which is crucial since the work is fully remote. Finally, I understand that based on my interview if there is a roll that is aligned with my skillset and salary expectations, then I will be given a job offer and the necessary equipment will be shipped to me. Overall the entire interview process was transparent and organized.
