The job was posted online with clear instructions how to apply; the forms in support of the application were helpful to answer all required questions. In addition, I was able to include my own resume. It took over a month to get a response and was invited to an interview. The format of the interview was more for the hiring manager to meet and assess the candidate’s personality and suitability to integrate with an existing team. Following that the process was quick and resulted in a job offer.
