Corresponded through e-mail and had one interview. It was a very casual process and was not stressful at all. The interview was a panel interview with a team captain and the owners of the business. The interview overall was pretty unorganized and often went off on tangents. As a result, interview lasted around an hour fifteen to about an hour forty five.
