Panel discussion with a modest sized group of professionals from the DOE. Everyone was very polite and very professional. As it was a panel interview, some folks were on speakerphone, which made it challenging to hear/understand the questions. When the team described the challenges they were facing, and described some of the specific projects the job would be accountable for, I lost interest in the position and withdrew as it was not a good fit for what I wanted to pursue. Unfortunately these specifics, while very important, were not listed on the job description. All in all, the team was wonderful and I believe they would have been great to work with.
