very simple and got a job offer on the spot. my interviewer was very kind and made me feel welcome. it was a lovely experience. they asked what hours I was able to work and asked what I was willing to work for and where I worked prior.

I applied to Hawaiian Bros through their website and received a call the next day to come in for an interview. The interview was conducted by the general manager and another person. They asked basic questions. It wasn't too bad. Then, the general manager explained to me what a typical day at Hawaiian Bros looked like. He asked me if I wanted to work in the front or back and told me how much I would get paid. At the end of the interview, the general manager told me that he doesn't hire on the spot, but would call me in a few days. That call never came. Overall, the interview wasn't bad. However, during the middle of the interview, the general manager and his co-worker got distracted by something their co-workers were doing outside and started laughing. I found this to be a bit rude especially while they were conducting an interview. Also, I noticed that the general manager wasn't professionally dressed. First impressions matter on both ends and I wish they would have been more professional.
