It was simple and easy, I had two conversations with the head of HR and a recruiter. They were both kind and understanding, it felt conversational as opposed to a formal interview.

Very easy and straightforward. The hiring Manager was really nice and friendly . They got back to me within 5 days of interviewing. Offered the job and asked to go to their headquarters.
