The final assessment centre involved individuals having to complete a technology related task, aptitude tests, 1-1 interview and a team-building exercise. Candidates were also asked to deliver a presentation and answer questions.

The interview process took place over a day at the Basingstoke office. We had to complete a variety of team-based problem-solving activities with the other applicants, as well as deliver a short presentation that we had prepared beforehand. The day concluded with a 1:1 interview.
