Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Haybury (Brighton, Inglaterra) em jul. de 2020
Entrevista
I had previously been approached by Haybury's Internal Recruitment Lead, Natasha, through LinkedIn to discuss developing a new division, but initially, it wasn't the right time for me.
Natasha kept in touch really positively (without making me feel forced or chased as some other consultancies had), so when it was the right time to make a move, we were able to have a conversation really easily.
Natasha did an amazing job of telling the Haybury story, what they were looking to do next and how I could feed into that.
Over two weeks, I had (remote) meetings with Natasha, Francesca (Head of Executive Search) and Steve (MD) to learn more around what it was they were looking to achieve, their vision for the future, what I was looking for next and how it all blends together.
What I also really appreciated was the transparency about their journey so far, the challenges they’d experienced and the actions they had taken to keep to their vision and values.
The offer process was smooth, well managed and in line with my expectations and I was excited to accept a role with the team. Prior to joining, there was clear communication about what to expect and what my start would look like and I effortlessly joined the team four weeks later!
