Spoke with the Hiring Manager, then to the CFO. The process was very straightforward and it was more so to see if you're a good "cultural fit" for the company.
I would highly recommend researching about the company, as they ask "What do you know about Hayes?," you wanna showcase strong research skills.

I was emailed questions to answer, then did a phone interview, then went into the office to interview with colleagues and direct reports, then finally I interviewed with the hiring manager, the COO. I received a call that same day saying that she was giving me an offer, but the CEO wanted to meet with me and answer any questions I might have about the company. When I showed up I felt ambushed. It was another round of interviews with several people. At the very end of the 2 hour process, I was asked if I had any questions...considering I came prepared for a meeting where I was supposed to be asking questions of the CEO, I had plenty. I knew it was not for me when I asked the CEO what his growth plans were and he said that he was happy where they were. What kind of CEO says something that stupid? I never heard back from them again, and never got the offer that was promised to me. Thank God. They also pack all their employees into one big open room. What a nightmare.
