I went through a lengthy interview process. The initial stages went well, and I received explicitly positive feedback from the team. However, after the final round, the process stalled. I was eventually told the company decided not to hire anyone because they needed to 'reevaluate and redefine' the role requirements.
The Issue: Within two weeks of this rejection, the exact same job description was posted again. When I reached out to the recruiter for clarification or to express continued interest, I received no response. It felt like a significant waste of time and a lack of transparency regarding what they were actually looking for. If you apply here, be prepared for a long process that may lead nowhere due to internal indecision."

It was a very nice process. The HR introduced me to the company, its culture, and its roles and asked a few questions to learn about my interests in this job.

Entrevista
1. Screening call with a recruiter/HR (30 minutes): Focused on understanding my motivation for applying, reviewing my background, and discussing salary expectations.
2. Interview with the team manager (1 hour): Covered previous experience, technical competencies, and behavioral aspects.
3. Interview with the CTO and team members (1 hour): Focused on Azure-related experience, technical scenarios, and ways of working.
I was very happy with the entire interview process. It was well-planned, straightforward, and transparent. Despite the holiday season, everything was scheduled and completed within two weeks. All the Haypp team members I interacted with were highly professional and respectful throughout.
