Eerste kennismakingsgesprek met de campus recruiter. Daarna een meer diepgaand gesprek met de manager waarbij je motivatie voor recruitment, je persoonlijkheidstesten etc worden besproken. Hierna volgt er een career day waarbij je het bedrijf en het team bezoekt en leert kennen.

Received a casual phone call asking what skills from my previous experiences would help me in this role, what my expected salary was. Got invited to a one-to-one interview and was asked briefly about my CV, followed my a role play selling a candidate to a client. Thereafter, was invited to an assessment centre with 5 other candidates. 1. Introduce yourself and some background information. 2. Small presentation with a certain assigned scenario - had to agree or disagree. 3. Role play where you'll be trying to sell a candidate to a client (managing director). 4. Role play where you'll be selling the business to a potential client - given scenarios.
