The interviewers are friendly enough to explain to you of what they do and their particular expectations; hence you can consider if you can fit in their job culture.
It was a gladiator style fight to death where you are paired against others to either come out victorious with a crappy offer or just get booted. They do a good job of hyping you through the process, which end to end can take up to 8 rounds.

Entrevista
Phone screening call with their internal TA.
Then a face-to-face interview at their office in ICC. A meeting with the business manager individually, followed by another meeting with one of their associate directors.
Typical British style, no-BS, business driven style of interview.
