Looking for money motivated self-starters. Needs to be someone who cares about their personal growth from a commission standpoint. Need to be energetic and enthusiastic about business development. Take direction well and when given constructive criticism, take and employ that advice ASAP in the interview process.

One recruiter demonstrated interest in hire me and the showed no interest, so there was no agreement between the two recruiters and I was unable to receive the job offer..
