First interview was a Screening, the second was with the Department Head, and the final interview with the Managers you will be working with.
The questions were pretty Common questions regarded to the job and what you will be asked to do.
Good communication also, Hays always provided feedback and after each interview

Very straightforward process and can ask for feedback. Very transparent process as well.
