Entrevista
1. Presentation about Hays-advantages about brand, try to put some real data in, numbers etc
2. Phone call-demonstrate strong negotiation skills, deal with rejection and ASK QUIESTIONS
(I failed on that :) ) so again ask questions and listen !!!
3. Job offer writing- Make sure you create attractive advert for candidates, emphasize bonuses, attractive salary, etc
4. Sell your client to company - again ask questions, listen give them what they want, ensure you are very professional!!
Dress smart ,be argumentative but not to pushy.
it was easygoing and clear. they explained how busy the work is going to be.
was engaging. however, it can be a stress environment because everyone is pressured to achieve their KPI. it is more of a sales job
First screening call with internal recruiter followed by Round table role play with country head with around 5-6 candidates in total, in person. The purpose would be to test how you handle rejections.
