Long and over demanding for entry level prospective employees for part time seeking employment positions. The offered pay rate is good for college students and person(s) who look for part time work.

I applied online and then I was invited (via email) to take the YEP Leader exam at the district office. It was a fairly easy test. The higher you score, the more you move up on the eligibility list. So, I passed that and I was contacted for an interview about a week after I took the test. Very basic interview questions. They give you a paper with the questions on them so you can follow along. You get a phone call a week/week and a half later if you got the job.

Got an email saying that I needed to take a skills test, took the test, then had an interview with two people once passed the test, fairly easy test. Was told that I would be informed a week later and ended up accepting the offer.
