First round: They accommodate my schedule and schedule an interview for 230. I am not called in until 315 for a 5 minute interview with the CEO. She rushes through a vague description of the company and scribbles on the back of my resume to distract you from the fact that she’s making zero sense. She offers me a place in second round the next day because she claims I made a good impression. Second round: I arrive early and am made to wait over an hour until I am called. I and another candidate applying for a different position are taken to a train station to continue the interview. The employee conducting the interview lectures for over an hour vaguely about marketing and emphasizes how much better direct marketing and face to face interactions are than indirect marketing approaches. He then gave a list of questions for us to answer and placed us in opposite corners of the station and as he trained other employees working in the station already. The training was abruptly running up to people and trying to get them to donate to a company while they were trying to get around.
