Hiring and interviewing process was easy, was hired on the spot after talking to three people. After working there for the past year, the work place culture, is no conducive in job opportunities and growth. They do not follow the employee handbook regarding ethics and respect in the workplace. They do not respect or appreciate the workers on the front line.
