Easy and not difficult at all. Pretty casual conversation. I would say the interview was good because I was able to decide if wanted to be in the houses or do day program

Not much to say. I filled out an unreasonable amount of personal info for a job that I wasn't even close to an offer letter yet. Having worked at a similar agency, OPWDD says to do papers such as the SCR after the interview. So it took.... I don't know? 30 minutes to fill out confidential information. Then 15 minutes or so of waiting. Followed by the HR Manager and someone whose role with HR I'm unclear on walked me to a room that felt like a college classroom. I'm asked very basic questions. It felt like they weren't really interested in doing the interview, almost like it was just a courtesy to say they interviewed a plethora of people before giving the job to someone internally. I'm probably right considering they never gave me an update. This was in April. It is now August. Absolute waste of time for both parties.

The usual q's that nobody cares about: Tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, etc.

Was an open house. Filled out the longest application EVER. Short sweet and simple interview. A few simple questions and brief description of what certifications were required but would be given in-house. The building was really nice and clean but very boring looking...
