Entrevista
The initial recruiter screen was pleasant and normal. However, they don't put you in front of anyone you'd work with until you've already invested significant time. Their first round is a technical leet-code style coding interview which they outsource to a third party.
As a candidate, I want to meet the hiring manager early on because I am interviewing them too. And the fact that you're not being assessed by someone at the company itself is beyond weird. I withdrew.

Entrevista
It started out great. I had a fast follow-up on my application from the recruiter and an engaging first screening that left me inspired and motivated to continue. I was even offered an interview with the hiring manager on the spot, with the next step expected to be a team interview.
Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill. The hiring manager was 15 minutes late to our 30-minute interview, rushed through the questions, and said they would get back to me the following week. The recruiter tried to keep me updated, but it ultimately took over a month to hear back that they had decided to add a take-home assignment before the team interview round. Finalists would then present the assignment to the hiring manager.
They gave only a few days to complete an assignment that required significant research, preparation, and deck design time. After submitting it, I continued following up and was repeatedly told “another week,” then “another week,” and then another — until they finally decided to move forward with someone else.
I later discovered the role had been reposted as “hybrid preferred” instead of remote.
Be honest with candidates. Don’t collect free, high-quality consulting work through assignments. It’s disrespectful of candidates’ time. I should have trusted the 1- and 2-star reviews on Glassdoor and saved myself hours of unpaid labor.
I would not recommend applying, nor would I recommend them as a behavioral health provider to my company if this is how they treat candidates.

Entrevista
Very relaxed and conversational. They were very upfront that I was likely overqualified and looking for more. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and easy to talk to. They asked specific questions from my resume and were interested in my long term goals for the growth of my career. It wasn’t the typical robotic interview questions.
