Applied through LinkedIn, had to answer a few questions. Then I was reached out for a phone interview which lasted about 20 minutes. Next I was invited to the office for a 3-hour interview (Only lasted 2 hours). I met with 2 team members and was asked questions about my employment history, why I wanted to work with Heal etc. and did a mock-call. They briefed me on the company and some of the operations. The final part of the interview was to shadow someone in the position I was interviewing for.
