Interviewed by two people who are clearly incompetent. The female interviewer who is also a manager has hired a number of people who resigned within months or did not have their contracts extended, she clearly does not know how to identify skilled people.

The interview process was smooth, practical, provided real examples, not too stressful, everyone was friendly and approachable, respectful. Overall, i prefer this kind of interview more than general questions. Use your critical thinking skills
