Applied online and turned into a two month process of hiring. After initial interview, a few emails back and forth with a HR rep, drug testing, filling out paperwork, and then a few weeks of hearing nothing from nobody. Finally was giving a class date for the training. The interview questions were very standard, not very formal. Somewhat generic. Was given a tour of the facility which helped give an idea of what to expect.

Initial Phone Call from HR. Online Questions. In person meeting with sales mangers and Human Resources. I had a sit in with an account manager. There was a follow up after the sit in. With in three days I received a call saying they were still interested in me as a candidate.

Desperate for new hires because employees kept leaving. Takes about 1-2 weeks for follow up but training is immediate. This is a fairly quick process based on supply and demand of the jobs.
