Entrevista
a one hour long exam. Was graded SAT style, Not CS related, mostly pattern recognition and Math word problems.
After that a 10 -20 minute interview with a recruiter.
Second interview is a meeting with the CFO, CTO, and one of the VP's

Entrevista
About a week after being contacted by HCS, I was scheduled for an interview and testing at their location.There were a few other candidates there when I went in to interview. The test was a basic aptitude test which I managed to pass. The interview itself consisted of meeting with three different supervisors and discussing the position as well as you background.
