The interview was approx 50mins with 3 people on the panel, and it was done via online. It Started with me delivering a short presentation and then we went onto the interview questions. I was rather nervous at the start and the panel did not come across as very approachable which made things worse. There was no attempt to make me more comfortable , not even a smile to make me relax and as such I feel I couldn’t do as best as I could in the interview. Afterwards, I had to complete a 45min written test. The test was ok- you were given some information about the organisation and you had to come up with some new ideas.
