Applied online. Heard back the next day for an phone interview. The recruiter set a time to chat and then never called or followed up. I emailed and left a voicemail when she missed our phone call. She got back to me two days later and just said she was out of the office. Did not apologize but rescheduled our phone interview. The interview was about 20 minutes. She said I would be a great fit and I would hear from them in the next 24-48 hours about an in-person interview. I never heard back. The entire process was incredibly unprofessional and they don't seem to care about other people's time.
