Entrevista
Very lenghtly interview process...three different sessions....a bit much. I felt as if some tried to insinuate my resume was not truthful and attempted to do thier best to not acknowledge my career accomplishments but rather try thier best to prove differently. They seem to be looking not for a candidate who would be succussfull and contribute to the success/growth of the company but rather a personality or mold fit. I found it very unprofessional and disrespecful of the company to not have even given me the respect of a declination. I was provided a difinitive date that I would receive a decision. That did not take place. I followed up 1 week after that date and still no response. The absence of this communication coupled with my interview experience, speaks volumes and sends a clear message about the companies lack of values and professionalism. I was hoping that what I read about the interview process with this company was not accurate, but it was.
Awful, Going down, Dishonest, Poor Leadership, Cheap, never listening, poor practices, over-concerned with quantity, not quality, pay you to lay you. People are great, but only if you never see other sides of how hard work gets tosses under the bus with your role

Entrevista
I had a phone interview and an in-person interview. There is no reception area in the building so you have to wait in the hallway until someone shows up to bring you into the office space. The office is very loud, chaotic, and unprofessional. After my interview I never received a follow up email to let me know that I wasn't being offered a position.
