Initially filled out a ridiculously long application form. Then got a letter in the post to come for interview. No contact details for anybody. All correspondence is done via post! Simple questions in the interview. A child could answer them! Declined offer as no guarantee of permanent position and minimum wage. Also no indication whatsoever of what my daily duties would involve!

Online via zoom as this was during covid lockdown. 3 member panel interview. Quite a long interview process. Was made more so as it was via zoom. Could be quite stilted at times. I did not accept offer as it was fixed term for a few months only

The Interview was very good - lovely people and pleasant interview. Only 30 minutes long and went by very very quickly. I heard back within a few weeks and was put onto a panel.
