Hiring for most entry-level positions are done in a group interview. Be able to read aloud well and roleplay. Have confidence and especially have fun! DRESS WELL and do what you can to be presentable. Presentation is VERY important as is a smile and confidence. Even if your reading/roleplaying skills are weak if you are memorable, present yourself well, and are confident you have a much greater chance. Don't blend, but don't stick out for the wrong reasons (try not to sweat profusely or wear raggedy clothes it just sends a bad message).
